2010 Offensive Skills Camp

For: Camp is open to all high school players who will be eligible to compete during the 2010 season. Campers will be placed according to skill level.

When: June 12-13. Check-in will begin at 12 p.m., Saturday, June 12.

Forms: Each camper should bring the KSU Medical Form with them the first day of camp.

Cost: The cost is $125.00/Overnight and $95.00/Commuter.

• Registration Deadline for this price is June 5, 2010.
• All registrations after that date will be subject to a $10 late fee.

The Kent State University Girls Basketball Offensive Skills Camp will afford you a great opportunity to enhance and improve your individual skills. Regardless of your team’s style of play, we will teach you advanced techniques that will help you prepare yourself for the upcoming season. The camp will focus on specialized position work for the guard and forward positions. Instruction is tailored to the age and skill level of each athlete.

Areas of Concentration

Point Guards
Breakdown moves with the ball, proper outlet technique, shooting off the dribble.

Guards/Forwards
Shooting off the dribble, advanced entry passing to the post.

Centers
Advanced post moves, getting open without the ball, proper outlet technique.
