The Golden Flash Basketball Coaches and Staff will help campers develop solid skills in a fun-learning environment. This camp is designed to introduce fundamental instruc
tion at the guard and post positions and provide individual and team competition.
In order to have a successful camp, the campers will need to arrive promptly by 9:00am and be picked up at the designated area in the MAC Center no later than 3:15pm.
Each camper will need to bring a water bottle and a bagged lunch. The camp staff will also provide group supervision for any camper that wants to buy lunch in the Kent State Student Center.
The Kent State Women’s Basketball Camps have become synonymous with hard work, great fun, expert instruction and encouraging proper discipline for improvement in all phases of the game.
The emphasis on this camp is TEACHING: to provide each camper with knowledge of the game, personal skill development and techniques maximizing the players’ skills during a fun-filled, challenging, and competitive week of basketball activity.
The camp will be instructed by the Kent State Women’s Basketball Staff (Jenna Lehmann, Asst. Women's Coach; Lori Brodnar Associate Head Women's Coach; and Mike Terry, Asst. Women's Coach) and former and present players. Each camper has the opportunity to obtain individual work throughout the course of the week.

9:30 - 11:00am Fundamental work
11:00am – noon Games
Noon – 1:00pm Lunch
1;00pm - 2:00pm Camp Game & Fundamental work
2:00pm – 3:00pm Game
3:00pm Camp over – pick up at MACC
